Looks like AT&T is finally listening to its customers thanks to Tweets and blog posts along with numerous complaints on AT&T network coverage at South by Southwest.

Apparently, AT&T spokesperson Seth Bloom sent an email to Gigaom stating AT&T is adding to thee downtown Austin network, and Apple iPhone owners along with other AT&T mobile handset users should see their experience improve shortly.

So AT&T are boosting their network in Austin, and apparently this was due to unprecedented demand for mobile data and voice apps at SXSW. Bloom also added an apology for any inconvenience the surge in local network demand may have caused.
